A good meal is never complete without dessert, in Abrassame we know this very well, which is why all our desserts are homemade by our chef Philip, and this is a selection of some of them:
This typical Catalan dessert is a cream made with egg yolk, sugar, wheat flour and milk flavored with cinnamon and lemon peel, It’s then topped with a layer of burnt sugar, which is incredibly satisfying to break
Chocolate Rocks 5 Continents
Some people don’t feel satisfied unless they finish their meal with chocolate, this is why we, prepare a small tasting with 5 different chocolates make a little trip around the world.
This traditional sweet was eaten in Spain only during easter but has become so popular that now you can find it thought all the year. We made ours with brioche and covered it with a layer of cream.
Passion fruit cream
Passion fruit, mango, candied pineapple cookies and lemon cloud. A refreshing dessert perfect for warm days!
